I was told to go home and wet hair and put a good amount of conditioner in my hair and make sure that I rubbed it into my scalp and then rinse it out and shampoo as usual.
Month on the mask and so much better!!

Still fairly new to all this; been on the mask now for 3weeks and feeling great and not falling asleep during the day and early evenings. MORE ALERT!
