palerider, now you see how true it is I was disconnected from OSA matters I should have write nasal pillows, because you are right it is a nasal pillows The machine is set for nasal pillows.

9.6 will work on Win 7...and it will also work on XP and Vista.

I was clicking on the executable inside the extracted files. What happens is that 9.6 version is for XP, I confirmed it I checked (the computer has an option for that) for compatibility and it confirms it is for XP.
I don't have the 9.6 for Win 7.

I downloaded and extract 9.6 Broken

What happens is when I clic the Broke or Open file I see the hourglass for 10 seconds, then it disappears then anthers 2 seconds I see it and then nothing as if I had never clic on the .ex files.
