Re: ResScan -> 4.02
A public thank you to Pugsy for the download. I have found that the rescan software does not lock up my computer like earlier versions did. I've been using CPAP for about 2 1/2 years now. Every night. I think that I have gained a lot of knowledge by being able to "see" on the computer when and what ...

Re: ResScan -> 4.02
I feel pretty silly about saying this, but I had another computer crash and lost my software and data. I'm trying to get access to the latest resmed software and I have not been able to find it from uncle_bob's profile. I have been able to download the older version 3.16. Does anyone know how to upg...

Back to the OP comment, in my humble opinion, Robert's words were very uncalled for, hateful, and not unexpected. It seems he has chimed in with his opinion on the last several natural disasters. I suppose his followers expect and appreciate his "words of wisdom".

Re: Beards and masks
For a person with a beard the only FFM I can think of that might work would be the FlexiFit 431 by F&P. The lower jaw actually sits inside the mask, as I said it might work with a goat Goatee and mustache owner here, using the F&P 431 as my first FFM, (actually my only mask), about 95 days on CPAP....

Re: card reader or USB Elite S8 II
Let me add my .02's worth. While contemplating ordering my S8 elite II, I was at first unsure of whether to get a card reader or a USB cable to read my data with. Thinking about my situation, I decided that I didn't really want to haul my machine into the computer room and didn't really want to haul...

Re: ResScan Software & USB cable
I also inquired about compatibility with Vista, and bought the 3.7 software. I also got the card reader from the site sponser. I can say that I've had zero issues with the software. It's been very beneficial to me to be able to monitor my progress...

Re: POLL: What is your TYPICAL nightly AHI?
Resmed S8 Elite II user here, with 55 days of experience. My total AI average is 1.2, HI is 5.9, and my AHI average is 7.1. My average leakage over the 55 days at the 95th percentile is 31.2. My pressure is currently set at 14.6. I've been thinking that my high leak average has contributed to my hig...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
Hi all, New CPAP user here, although I've been lurking for a couple of months trying to learn more about CPAP to increase my chances of success. In a nutshell, I've known that I haven't been sleeping well for a long time. I finally did a sleep study in Sept. 2009. My AHI at that time was around 37. ...
