Re: Leak numbers
I also use the nasal pillows on the Swift FX mask. A couple of problems that I've had include putting the mask on upside down (yes it is possible) and also with the inner layer of the nasal pillows inverting. Both of these caused an increase in leakage (I just look at the display on the unit). Othe...

Re: Resmed card reader + software
Pls be aware that not all conversions of the ACR38U-SPC-R card reader work. My ACR38U-SPC-R card reader and the Rescan software were incompatible.

Resmed software doesnt record full night?
My Resmed S8 software version 3.07.007 stops recording after about 10 hours. I normally put my mask on and lie down about 8:30 or 9PM while watching TV or reading. My software doesn't record data after about 10 hours. Any way to extend this time?

Re: So What is Considered a Good number for Mask leaks
I believe the goal for your Swift II mask is 0.4 l/sec.
I too use this mask and have some difficulty keeping the leaks down with my min pressure of 13. I do use the Lansiloh cream around the nostrils which seems to help.

Re: ResScan software Problem
Thanks fellas. Yes I did reload the software. I also tried other drivers although the ver 1.1.5.6 is the one that is loaded automatically. I also tried the ACS QUICKVIEW DIAGNOSTIC software and got the following result: ACS QuickView Log : 2/2/2010:12:15:19 Starting diagnostics routine... Reading Sy...

ResScan software Problem
The software I currently have loaded is ResScan 3.5 and have been using this every day for almost one year without incident. I have the ResMed card reader purchased from CPAP.COM ( ACR38U-PNC-R ). For some reason recently when I execute the ResScan 3.5 it first displays a message: _ASSERTE: INTF!= 0...

Re: Correct Driver for ResScan 3.5 and ResMed card reader?
Thanks for the posts. I'm hoping someone with ResScan 3.5 can verify that driver version.

Zeo Personal Sleep Coach
An interesting product was introduced on the Today Show this week by Matt Lauer and Dr. Nancy Snyderman. The Zeo Personal Sleep Coach was created by a group of sleep-deprived Brown University students in 2003. This relatively low cost product may lead to a better sleep diagnostic tool for some. I wa...

Re: I switched from APAP to CPAP
Katie, I'm no expert but when I reviewed your data it seems that your Apap has been so limited by the 10 cm upper pressure setting that it is not working properly as an Apap and in fact is more like a Cpap. Your results aren't bad but without some additional pressure your Apap cannot respond to thos...
