Re: Advice re APAP for in-flight and travel

Katie, I have the SmartLink and the Devilbiss software. They can be purchased together or separately. So, my recommendation would be that if you want to see more detailed information than simply the nightly AHI and leak numbers as provided by the unit's codes, just buy the SmartLink module and use ...

Re: Advice re APAP for in-flight and travel

Hi Julie! Thanks for your comments on the Intellipap, after sleeping on it (8.5 hours, AHI .3), I do think that is the better option. Do you have the SmartLink Software? Is it worth having....I have a Mac so don't use the Resmed software anymore, and just check my data on the machine. I know about S...

Advice re APAP for in-flight and travel

Hello, it's been a long time since I've visited the board. Nice to see a few familiar names are still here. I have an S9 Autoset, purchased in March 2010, with 13,000+ hours on it. I am planning an overseas trip, and would like to have an apap + battery so I can use it on the 14 hour flight, and als...

Flying with Qantas and cpap

I recently flew to Australia, economy class, and asked about using my cpap during the flight. Qantas is very accommodating. I filled out their form (available on their website), emailed to them, and the Special Needs person phoned me (from Melbourne to Arizona) to explain their policy. In economy, t...

Re: All masks are gone. Quattro stability strap available

Rosacer, I'm glad I was helpful to you. So many helped me, when I started. My sleep doc was less than helpful, and I was on my own, with this board as my support group.

All masks and Quattro strap are now gone

Hello CPAP friends,

Everything is gone now.

Reminder to recipients, there is no charge for the items. After I mail them, I will PM you to let you know the cost of postage, and you can then send me a check or Paypal.

I wish I had enough for everyone. They went really fast.

Re: Slimline vs Standard Hose

What kind of tape? I like vetwrap, even though it has to be removed and replaced when the hose is washed--because it's stretchy. I read about it here. Since I'm using the Climateline heated hose, this seemed like a good choice: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001HETINI/ref=oh_o02_s02_i00_details

Yes, I taped over where it connects to the rubber end and a few inches of the hose.
