Thanks all.. I hope this works and I can get back to using a Swift LT

I am trying to get back on to the Swift LT nasal pillow mask....

I am currently using a full face mask so i have two different setting for the air sense either pillows or nasal....

Which one do I set it for or does it make a difference??

WOW works like a charm......... I would like to Thank Chunky Frog, Zonker and Miss Emerita for suggestion the Firm Foam Neck collar... I am getting great nights of sleep now.... If I missed anyone else who suggested this,,, my apologies as I quickly skimmed my question but I assure you I didn't miss...

No... you shouldn't have any air blowing out the sides. The mask should seal the air in. Let me know if the air blows out when you inflate the cushion. Are you using the memory foam cushion type for this mask? I found that really helped with my leak issues(I tend to move quite a bit during the night).

I have recently lost a lot of weight The medium is a bit too short and before the night is over it is shoved up on my the bottom of my mouth. The large is a bit too large and it eventually leaks out the right lower corner , if it tighten that , it leaks out the left lower corner. I have them so tigh...
