You have to make a public link to your report at SleepHQ and post it here so that the members can then access your report.
We have no way to look it up.

Re: Strap/Cushion Advice Needed for Neck Conditions

I opted to use a mask with minimal or zero straps. It may not be an option for you if you just have to use a full face mask because your mouth won't/can't stay shut. Now if you want to try a nasal mask of some sort and can keep your mouth shut (for the most part) then you might consider a different ...

Re: Strap/Cushion Advice Needed for Neck Conditions

Which DreamWear model mask? Full face model or either the nasal cushion model or the nasal pillow model? I have cervical spine problems very similar to yours but I use a different mask so my solution may not be the best solution for you. I have even had surgery on my neck and I have a metal plate in...

Re: One week on CPAP, would appreciate some input regarding my stats

Again the bulk of your flagged events in your AHI last night (which is still low even if they were for sure all asleep) are arousal related. So this leads me to believe that at least your OSA is well treated. If it wasn't well treated we would expect to see a lot of "real asleep" flagged events and ...

Re: 6+ Months of CPAP and still exhausted

How old are you?
Male or female?
How is your overall sleep quality? Wake often during the night or sleep soundly for the most part?

Re: One week on CPAP, would appreciate some input regarding my stats

Where are you located?

What humidity setting?

Does a hot steamy shower help or hurt your nasal congestion? Important to know because your nose may or may not need more moisture.

Re: One week on CPAP, would appreciate some input regarding my stats

I don't like making more than one change in things at a time unless I have no choice and it's an urgent need to make more than one change at a time. Think about it.....if something really good or really bad happens then who gets the credit or blame. When you make more than one change you can't say f...

Re: Airsense 10 - why does dial light in middle of night

Not a fan of firmware updates during my therapy!  I don't think that you have to lose sleep worrying about that happening. ResMed is real stingy with their over the air upgrades....I know of one...maybe 2 in all my 15 years using cpap. I was not aware you could 'pause' a session... I jus...

Re: One week on CPAP, would appreciate some input regarding my stats

I'll take your advice and bump it up to thirteen. I seem to managed the pressure quite well. No....just do the 10 cm minimum. Don't do 13 minimum....that's too big of a jump and I don't see you needing it to compensate for the EPR use....at this time anyway. Now if your AHI had been 10 ish or more....

Re: One week on CPAP, would appreciate some input regarding my stats

What do you think, Pugsy? I did notice the reduction in the minimum. I didn't advise that....I thought he would keep the minimum at 10 and then adding EPR probably wouldn't be much (if any) factor in allowing real asleep OAs or hyponeas to pop up. BUT even with the reduction in minimum EPAP the rea...

Re: One week on CPAP, would appreciate some input regarding my stats

Unfortunately you have asked some questions that there really isn't any way to know exactly what the answers are. Could those arousals be from nasal congestion discomfort??? Sure they could but they could also be simply spontaneous arousals from some other cause. Lots of people have trouble with aro...

Re: One week on CPAP, would appreciate some input regarding my stats

Deal with the congestion the best you can. If we can't breathe comfortably we don't sleep so great.
Frequent wake ups can really screw up the sleep stage progression that we need for the restorative powers of sleep to work their magic.

Re: One week on CPAP, would appreciate some input regarding my stats

So.....how did you sleep last night and how do you feel today?
How was the congestion?

About half those flagged events appear to be more SWJ (sleep/wake/junk) arousal/awake related.
