Diff Between Cflex abd Aflex
One more dumb question before I leave for a meeting, but can someone tell this dummy what the difference is between A flex and C flex, and which one I should be using in my situation on my System One Auto APAP?
Thanks..
Mark

Re: Ever Too Late?
Interesting thing.. I went to see my sleep doctor today (He's an ENT with a sub-specialty in sleep medicine, and also a good friend) and talked to him about a number of things. He looked at my Sleepyhead printouts and he had some interesting comments about them, my pressures and interpretation of my...

Re: Ever Too Late?
I'm in my 60's too and started the CPAP about 7 years ago and it's been MISERABLE wearing it but I didn't want to ASK for trouble by not wearing it. SOMETIMES I struggle with the gear in my sleep. Last night I woke up without wanting to, to check to see if my mouth was too dry (it's been a problem ...

Re: Ever Too Late?
Theres something up with my browser. I have it in my profile but it doesnt show. I have a PR System One APAP machine. It's not your browser...it's the link that is broken and that's why it isn't showing up. Look on the bottom of your blower unit for a 3 digit model number It's likely going to be 55...

Re: Ever Too Late?
What kind of machine do you have - it's not showing in your profile. It really doesn't take too long to get used to machine and start getting some good out of it, and you are on the right track, wearing it while watching tv. Pretty soon your body will accept it and start benefitting. Theres somethi...

Re: My new story
Well, last night I slept with the mask from about 10:30 till 5:30, woke once (it was still on me) and slept again till 6:30, with the help of 1/2 Ambien. I felt lousy when I got up. EV showed me with an AHI of 8.0 and some leakage. I do remember dreaming so I musta went into REM at some point. Maybe...
