Don't know what you've tried in the past, but rather than lowering your max pressure, raise the min. by e.g. 2-3 for a wk at a time and see how it goes... its the one that does the work.

In case you sleep mostly on your back (though your hypopnea result isn't especially high) you might want to try side sleeping for a few nites to see if there's any change.

Depends - if he looked for results after noon hour, e.g. 2 hrs later, all he'll see are 2 hrs of activity because the machine works from noon to noon, so he'd have to look prior to noon for last night's records.

Hi - someone else will reply with more info re using the machine in different scenarios, but as far as the acid goes, it is common with apnea, but you're not breathing it in even if it feels that way, and what many of us do is take something before bed to deal with it... I perosnally use e.g. half a...
