One point of note - the IntelliPAP bag features an open sleeve to slip over a wheelie board handle much like a briefcase. Oh, I do work for the company

Re: SmartLink Devilbiss problem!

I apologize for my delayed response. I have spoken with one of our software engineers concerning this issue. If you look at the dates in the select date range drop down they are in the year 2555. This is because your computer has regional settings that are using a different calendar format than we u...

To clarify, the IntelliPAP does not record the breathing pattern or breath-by-breath detail. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

Re: Devilbiss Heated Humidifiers - Overheating?

The first one I called said they had stopped stocking Devilbiss machines a year ago because patients were having problems with heated humidifiers overheating and passing smoke into the patient's airway. He added that despite not having sold any of the machines for a year, previously sold machines w...

Re: DevilBiss Smartlink locked to one machine - Unlockable?

The module can indeed be used on more than one patient and on more than one IntelliPAP device. The confusion may have arouse because a SmartLink module can be associated with one patient at a time. Here are the directions for resetting the module: 1. Remove the SmartLink module from previous patient...

Re: CPAP the next generation

Thanks. We agree that higher resolution flow data is beneficial to understanding therapy performance. Unfortunately, we will not be including this our next release of the SmartLink software (due out very soon). There is more to capturing this data than the software. Please note that this is a top pr...

Not sure if you'd be interested in having a manufacturer representative present, but I am right down the road from this Starbucks. Unfortunately, I will be out of town for this meeting but would be happy to attend a future meeting if the group is interested.

Re: Source of Oxygen Concentrator Reviews or Recommendations

Slinky - thanks for the input. We currently offer the iGo Portable Oxygen Concentrator which is much like the Eclipse: you can review the product at http://www.igopoc.com. Unfortunately neither portable concentrator is as quiet as your CPAP - they tend to operate around 40 dBA in pulse mode and 48 d...
