Re: For Sale: IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP by Devilbiss
You mention having it for several years- how many years is several years? Since 2009 - right after it won a challenge on this board, against the mirage I think. But it mostly sat on a shelf in that time. I realized someone could be using it instead of it wasting away. It 's a nice travel unit, come...

Re: For Sale: IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP by Devilbiss
I am selling an IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP, with humidifier, with data module/software, hose, and travel case. I've had it several years, but used it for a total of 663 hours. It's been in a clean environment, no smoke, no pets, and lightly used. I'm asking $300; (This combo sells new for $595 ($49...

Re: For Sale: IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP by Devilbiss
While you were using the machine, what was your AHI and how did you feel the next day? What was the pressure range? Did the set pressure change during the night? I would appreciate your inputs on the above because some people of this Forum doubt whether I (also) really have apnea and I am also a bi...

Re: For Sale: IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP by Devilbiss
I got treated for GERD (acid), and now I sleep through the night. Sleep Labs will tell you you have apnea, but they can't tell you apnea is definitely why you wake up. I personally don't believe in "labs" that always result in the same diagnosis and prognosis: you have apnea, you need cpap. That may...

Re: For Sale: IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP by Devilbiss
I'd like to see if there's interest in the whole combo before I split it up.

Re: For Sale: IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP by Devilbiss
Buyers are usually interested in how many blower hours are on the machine. If you can, post a photo of the screen showing that info; if you can't get a photo, you could at least edit your original post to include it. Also whether it comes from a pet free and/or smoke free home. It might help you to...

Re: For Sale: IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP by Devilbiss
Essentially, I'd like to receive 50% of the new prices - any reasonable offer accepted; my preference is to sell all at once. Thanks I am selling an IntelliPAP AutoAdjust CPAP, with humidifier, with data module/software, hose, and travel case. I've had it several years, but used it for a total of 66...

Re: Keep Waking Up And Taking Mask Off
I too take the mask off after an hour or too. It just feels like an encumbrance keeping me from sleeping rather than something helping me to sleep, like a comfy pillow. I think I suffer from sleep anxiety probably from a lifetime of poor sleep. The pressure of the CPAP seems to feed that anxiety and...

Re: IntelliPAP auto firmware upgrade
You need the custom cable as noted below.pat200 wrote:This is great news!!! However, I am in Asia at the moment. I can find a USB to Serial DB9 connector/cable. However, I am unsure what sort of cable I can use to connect from the DB9 to my IntelliPAP Auto. Any ideas?
Thanks!!!

Re: IntelliPAP auto firmware upgrade
Just got an email that my IntelliPAP Auto with Smartflex machine was shipped and will arrive on Thursday...... You can't see me, but I am dancing !! Congratulations! Now the next question will be, how to determine optimum settings for SmartFlex, for those of us who adjust our own settings. --

Re: IntelliPAP auto firmware upgrade
And, to do a firmware update, you do need a special cable - I tried to use a ps2 to usb and it wouldn't recognize the machine. My windows 7 could wouldn't recognize the machine. Doe there need to be additional drivers for the computer? And, cpap.com doesn't have the software available for purchase ...

Re: IntelliPAP auto firmware upgrade
Technical support can be reached at 800.338.1988, Option #2.[/i] I would give that number a call and ask them your question. I just spoke to technical support to clear up some questions on these new software/firmware releases. 1) The new firmware includes SmartFlex (Devilbiss version of EPR) and is...

Re: "I Feel Good!" Owwww!
I guess so I felt this way for the last couple of days as I have been fine tuning my therapy. I just got a CPAP - Pillow and now I do not have as many leaks which equated to less waking up, and a more restful sleep. Drove my wife crazy this morning, bouncing around the house. So yes enjoy it. I am ...

Re: For what it's worth
Thanks for posting this noluck. I go through a similar cycle where I wake up after about 1-1/2 hours. At that point I feel that the mask and pressure are annoying me and keeping me up, and if I want to get any sleep at all I have to throw the mask to the side. I know that's not the right choice, but...
