Hi,
Has anybody tried to repair a Hybrid mask? The little knob on the side of the mask that holds the bottom strap has broken off. Anyone have any idea on how it can be fixed? Can it be hot glued back on? At the minute its held on by a stocking around the gonzo nose part of the mask.
Thanks
Liz

For the English members a question or two
Hi, I've just moved from the USA back to England. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and prescribed a CPAP machine in the states. I'm now in England and have no idea what the process is in England. I've been to my local GP and now have an appointment at the hospital. Who does the proscription for CPAP...

Encore Pro
Hi,
I'm having problems installing Encore Pro v 1.5 on windows XP. It gets to the part where it installs the "database engine" and then either freezes or I get the message "MSDEInstaller Failed in execution." Anyone have any idea what's going on?
Thanks

Re: Hybrid headgear
I promised myself many years ago that I would never wear pantyhose again. I never realised I might break that promise by wearing it on my head.bdp522 wrote: You can check out Rested Gals links for the hybrid .

My mum had a mini stroke last week. She went to her doctor with no feeling in one arm. One side of her mouth was dropping and she was slurring her words. The doctor told her to go home take an aspirin and come in two weeks if she wasn't feeling better. At least it was free as she lives in England wi...

Bed Recommendations
Hi,
After spending three hours in the middle of the night emptying out my water bed after it sprung a leak I think it's time for a new type of bed. Anyone have any recommendations on what type of bed to get?

You ask how to sterilize rather than asking IF you need to sterilize. The answer is that there is no reason to sterilize. Cleaning occasionally is all that is needed. Not being able to taste is not fun, although it is great for dieting. I don't want to go through that again so I want to occasionall...

Has anybody used http://www.milton-tm.com/motherandbaby/sterilise_why.htm or any similar products to sterilize your cpap equipment? I recently lost the ability to taste for a while. It only came back after I purchased a new humidifyer water container. I only ever used distilled water so I'm now para...

mouth breathing?
Hi, For the last week or so I have been waking with a dry mouth. I have also been pretty blocked up so I suspect I have been breathing through my mouth something that I normally have no problems with avoiding. I'm not sure why I'm so blocked up at the moment, but I'm thinking about getting the hybri...

I tried one (still have it + a new one). The problem I had was with the discomfort of the inner piece hurting my gums inside my lips. It was such a high level of discomfort that I wasn't willing to persist. You do realise (I assume,) that you have to stuff plugs up you nose to prevent nose breathin...
