I got ONE binary file called EncorePro.bak per backup. What do you suggest I do with it? Rename it to what? Put it in which directory? I just got my card reader and downloaded my data into Encore Pro. When trying to view the reports, I get the following error: "Can't instantiate control. Control is not registered. Where can I buy a Respironics Smart Card? 2Factors cards will not work according to an email response I got back from 2Factors... CPAP.COM does not have them listed... Respironics sells packs of 10 or 25 for patient use, but I was just looking for one or two as a spare... Any idea of what they cost...
