I got ONE binary file called EncorePro.bak per backup. What do you suggest I do with it? Rename it to what? Put it in which directory? I've got the EncorePro.bak database files, but do not know how to restore one.
I've searched the site, but can not find any info.
The Encore Pro help does not even mention backup!

If I understand correctly, as long as I download the card data at least once a week, Encore Pro will append the data to the range of dates since last card erase? If I never erase the card, but download at least once a week, will Encore Pro average out all the days, or is their a limit on the number ...

I just got my card reader and downloaded my data into Encore Pro. When trying to view the reports, I get the following error: "Can't instantiate control. Control is not registered. CLSIP="{...then I get a ton of numbers here}. Any ideas? Bob Bob, same happened to me, same errors, and blank reports....

Where can I buy a Respironics Smart Card? 2Factors cards will not work according to an email response I got back from 2Factors... CPAP.COM does not have them listed... Respironics sells packs of 10 or 25 for patient use, but I was just looking for one or two as a spare... Any idea of what they cost...

Newbie needs nose mask selection help
This is the first time buy of cpap equipment for me. I'm buying Respironics Remstar Auto w/ C-Flex & heated humidifier. I'm buying software & reader. From the sleep study, I spent 4+ hours with nasal mask & do not feel I will need a full mask. My pressure setting is 9 cm/H2O and felt like I needed h...
