Hello, Not that it helps you at all but yes, it can take a while. I think I waited a month before I got my results, equipment and mask. We have a "collection" of pillows around our home--foam, down, polyfill, small/large, hard/soft, in betweens, small & lg cervical. Is this the case with the hybrid?
It seems to me that the hybrid seems to work better for people with a more rounded face vs. a long thin face. It seems the full cheeks make for a better fit???? If this is the case than I am a perfect candidate for the hybrid..LOL.
