OK I guess I am getting more comfortable with the BiPap and I am rolling over and moving more. But alas the headgear is slipping and causing leaks and sometimes the mask comes off. I can feel my sleep quality slipping. I need something like an "Anti Skid" headgear padding or something.

I do not smoke in the house, car, or at work. I only smoke if I am having drinks. I can go days without a cigarette, then let a beer or cocktail hit me and I immediately reach for a pack.

Learning human behavior from a message board is not a good thing, I am a moderator for a very large message board and 8/10 the people behind the keyboard are not who they are in person. I am sure this site with its specialized content, the posters are a lot closer to their real life personas.
