There was a recent thread on this very subject which you might find interesting. Believe it was entitled "DME advise: is it true?" Do a search for and read that thread.
Norm
Edit: I just searched with the above thread title and did not find it. Will search again. Norm

I am having to learn pretty much on my own, with the help of this forum. I still think you will really like the A...

Re: Doing worse on Bi-PAP than on Auto-PAP
JNK I didn't say that she should reset Ti Max on her machine. I was merely trying to restate what is says in the manual about Ti Max and what it does and how it can affect the machine's operation. A Ti Max setting of 3.0 is, according to the manual, for a person with an average BPM of 10 breaths per...

You may have more than one symptom involving the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, kidneys, muscles, heart, and nerves. Weakness, tiredness, or cramping in arm or leg muscles, som...

Re: Would BiPAP be right for me
COPD is Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease -- trust me, you don't want it.
A person stops breathing during apnea events and your oxygen level will naturally drop because no air is coming in. With control of the apnea events thru xPAP therapy, the O2 levels should improve.
