Re: anyone ever try hypnosis?
Hi, I had a very similar experience to OutaSync - except I didn't get a refund. Didn't ask, didn't get. Went to the hypnotherapist thinking all I had was insomnia. Then tried acupuncture, a naturapath and a Buddhist meditation workshop. All to no avail. Last resort, mentioned it to my doctor who sug...

There seems to be many new people joining who may not have seen this discussion, so thought I'd bring it back so those who haven't yet voted may do so.

Maybe they were taken from their mums a little early! One day they may make little masks for cats and dogs, not sure about the goldfish, and the machines can be shared by the whole family. Or if that doesn't work, then I can see them using oral splints.

Hi Again, Julie, I think if you read Dr Palmer's literature, you would definitely see the connection. The sucking babies do in that first year is not for just short periods of time. Those early weeks, they can feed six, eight, ten times a day for up to an hour. Some days, it may be almost all day. I...

Rooster,
Have to fly just now as I'm off to my first dental appt re mandibular device. But what gripe to you have about vegetarianism? For goodness sake, don't we have enough problems without stirring up new ones???
Just want to be a little happy, healthy, peace-loving animal lover.

Re: Poll: Breastfed/Bottlefed and OSA - Please vote ...
Julie, If you read the research of Dr Palmer, as suggested, you would see there is a big point to this subject. Firstly, for parents-to-be, they have something to think about when deciding what road to go down with feeding. For some of us, it is the answer to why we have the physical make-up of the ...

Re: Natural cures first?
ExhaustedLady says she has 100 episodes a NIGHT - not an hour, so that would be mild or moderate sleep apnea, not very severe.

Re: Natural cures first?
Hi ExhaustedLady, I know exactly how you're feeling. I was diagnosed half way through last year (2008). I was shocked, stunned, surprised, outraged etc. I tried using the CPAP for two months and hated it. Unlike most on this forum, I felt worse every single day. So, like you, I began researching alt...
