Hi, Kathy! Aren't you the pretty one! Nice picture.
It has been awhile, eh? Much has happened, and I'm still here.
I look forward to talking w/you; will PM you later. I see that just the core people are left, even if part-time.
My thanks to Den for letting me know about your post.
Hugs

Re: Poll: In which season(s) do you sleep best?
I seem to sleep better - more comfortably in the Spring. I don't have to 'get warm' as in Winter, or 'cool of' as in Summer. Mostly, I enjoy waking up to the sunshine hitting my face; great way to wake up, then just enjoy it for a few moments. I must be driven by the sunshine, because I wake up 'awa...

Hi there Offerocker! How can any soap be made without oils? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soap Historically, soap has been composed of sodium (soda ash) or potassium (potash) salts of fatty acids derived by reacting fat with lye in a process known as saponification. The fats are hydrolyzed by the ba...

PURE SOAP (Topic Revisited)
I wanted to pass on a source for PURE SOAP , which we are to use to clean our CPAP equipment. I know there was a discussion about a year ago, but thought I'd put this out as another source. I discovered it on eBay (where else?). They have MANY types, and I am directing this discussion on their "Gent...

Lee, I agree that the insufficient pressure is the cause of your problem. "However", if increasing it does not help, you may want to have your oxygen level checked. Simple to do at Dr. or DME's office with a small device that fits over your (usually L index) finger. (don't wear any red nail polish) ...

Re: in the head?
We are suppose to only change it per the doctor's request. If anyone has any thoughts let me know. Thanks. I have just one (1) thought: You have a sleep doctor that sees you regularly? WOW! (sarcasm) I'm very happy for you. (sincerely) But honestly, does he 'know' you better than yourself? One last...

Snorting Saline
I found: -controlling nasal congestion via rhino rinse helps dramatically I agree, and also learned that a 'Neti Pot' is not necessary to do this. After mixing the salt and warm water in a glass, pour a small amount in the cup of your hand, and SNORT SALINE !! I try to hold it in as long as I can, ...
