Hi jdschooler, I know that many symptoms and treatments for shift work and DSPS disorder are the same. Lack of alertness, depression, insomnia. I have been taking Lunesta 3 mg for a week now. I switched from Ambien. I love it. It is very effective and I don't have the grogginess I had with Ambien.
