It's looking like a significant number of folks here prefer the ResMed S8 Elite II over the Respironics M Series Auto. This is a comparatively minor question, but with respective humidifiers, is the S8 Elite a good deal bulkier for travel, as it appears to be in comparison to the M Series?

Karen, I have no idea--"soft" or "firm" versions were mentioned by a number of the reviewers.
