I've always had moisture in my mask and sometimes it drips but this was pouring out. I've never experience it like this before so I don't know why all of the sudden this drastic change, thanks brandyII

Hose/mask filled with water prior to putting back on

This morning after not much sleep I had to get up and was half out of it and I took off my mask and let it drop to the floor, which is what is fairly normal behavior for me for a potty run or something. Anyway got back to bed to put it back on and it was full of water and actually water was pouring ...

Update on my neck pain.....

I had earlier asked if anyone else was suffering from neck pain if it could be due to the mask. I have been having problems turning my neck during the day side to side and it hinders my driving ability. Anywho, got an x-ray last Friday and found out today that I have arthritis, hey, I'm only 47.9, i...

cervical pain

I've checked my checkbook, best calendar, and I went to see the doctor on 2/1/08 and had been suffering with the neck and head pain prior to that time so it's been a while. I also had the eye thing and that's cleared up so it's a non-issue to me now and yes I did see the eye doctor and I'm fine in t...

RosemaryB, thanks for the info. I don't know much about all the different masks, you can see a picture of what I have. I guess it's possible it's not the mask either so I think I'll just check out what the chiro has to say. Thanks, brandyII. I post once I see him to see if they say anything useful.

sore neck

Thanks for all the advice,

I'm at the point now where I think I'm going to have to hit the chiropractor and I've never been to one before. Should be interesting to see if he can relate some of my problems to the CPAP machine or not since none of the other specialists have. Thanks, brandyII.

If you're talking basically over the counter sleep aids the ingredient that's in benedryl and other sleep aids doesn't seem to work for me anymore. I used them for years and they just stopped working. I've now switched to a generic brand of Unisom which has doxylamine succinate in it. They're blue p...

luckylinda,

It's nice to know that the kids can out grow them. Well 23 year olds aren't really kids but to me she still is. I don't know what I would have done if she were only 9 months old. It sounds like you and your husband were pretty insightful about the situation. Thanks, brandyII.

yorkiemum01, I understand what you mean, I didn't realize I had such a bad case of sleep apnea all these years. I was having pre-op procedures done for my lap band surgery and I guess my blood oxygen level was low so that's when my whole thing started. I sleep really well now and feel such much bett...

yorkiemum01, Thanks for the nice note about my dogs. For some reason when you adopt/rescue a dog they seem to be much more affectionate dogs. These two do have some issues due to the fact that they came from bad situations, especially the one from Puerto Rico, they call them "satos" there, but they ...
