Re: Happy Birthday Pugsy
Pugsy a belated birthday wish from me. Sorry I missed it. It sounds like strawberries were part of your special day. I am glad you got to get some for your celebration. They are so good when they are that fresh. I can almost smell them in my mind. I wish you many many more returns on the day. Karen

A free class on Sleep and Health on Coursera
Come join me as I take the "Sleep: Neurobiology, Medicine, and Society" class on Coursera given by the University of Michigan. This class looks to be a very good overview of the issues of sleep and sleep disorders. I am always interested in learning more about the current research about sleep. This ...

Re: Nasal Mask Users
Hello Princessbelle, It can seem like an insurmountable task to find the right mask. I know it took me a few before I settled on the one I like and I certainly hope they don't discontinue it anytime soon. That being said, the one for you is the one for you. The mask fits and preferences are so indiv...

Re: Kinky?
First off, Happy birthday to you, I do hope it was less about kinky hoses and more about enjoyable times with loved ones. Hugs to you. I will chime in that I thought it was just me that had a kinky new hose. Yes the new one seems to retain its curl even after being uncurled for some time and out of ...

Re: OT:Defective frog--oh, sh#%#???
Oh CF, I am truly sorry you are having to deal with this. Warm hugs and prayers for you. ( I heard frogs like warm hugs) Catching this early was fortunate. I think in a year you will look back at this time with a smug sniff, and on you go with your life. Please keep us informed about your journey. W...

Dori,
Mike was blessed by your presence and undying attention to his needs. Please take care of yourself and allow time to help you heal.

Re: Water drips from my Amara mask.
Myron, My guess is that the temperature in your bedroom in contrast to the temperature of the air from your CPAP is causing rain out or condensation. I do not know what the heated hose should be set on to eliminate this, but that is where I would start experimenting. Water comes from either the humi...
