Re: Pretty in Pink

*sigh* Before you get any more excited by the pink skin cover of the S9, Gasp, be aware that you have a choice of many skin covers, even patterns, for the S9s - if you wanna pay some $45-$50 extra for them. They have them in cammy, several football team logos, various colors, etc. I saw one just th...

Re: Somnetics Adds Accessories to Transcend CPAP

It has advanced data. The old Transcend had compliance only. The updated machine has AHI and Leak.

I had more info here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=69135&p=643889&hili ... nd#p641440 - including sample data reports.

Re: How come . . .

Howdy, I agree. The main head we use, the male head, we have named "Fred." We actually did a lot of work on Fred so that he would show better in pictures without a glare and without distracting shadows or marks. The female head is not up to the quality of Fred. We have been on the search for a bette...

Howdy, I hope this provides some clarity on this product: The updated Transcend II is a CPAP machine is used on the nightstand. It has optional kits if you want to wear it to be more mobile. It supports advanced data, weighs 0.9 lbs and is 6.1 inches by 3.5 inches by 2.8 inches. It can be used with ...

Re: Do you suffer from INSOMNIA?

Howdy, I saw some people reported this post as spam. I bounced it back. Adam contacted me and asked if he could post this information here. I thought it was potentially relevant to some people here, and I asked him to register before posting so anyone can PM him if you have questions. If you are not...

Re: Be careful buying at cpap.com

Howdy, Sorry for the slow response on this one. I saw this post late this morning. Cuda was right. We mistakenly had the elbow adapter on the customization page for the S9 AutoSet. It is a fair and rational assumption that if a product is on the customization page, it should be compatible with the b...

Re: Stick it on your head

Howdy, Just got our product page up with more manufacturer videos and product information. The additional videos show you how to put the Transcend on and how to clean the parts. It also breaks down the parts more. I think you will find them useful to better understand the product. With this being a ...

Re: Quattro FX FFM now available in US

Howdy, Just added the following information to the "Important Tips" tab of the product page after talking with ResMed this morning: ResMed does not have a recommended 1 to 1 size matching between the Mirage Quattro and the Quattro FX. The Mirage Quattro sizes DO NOT match up directly with the Quattr...

Re: The Chat Room Is Being Spammed By Numbers

I have received some questions and wanted to provide clarification. Once the chat updates are in place: 1) No one will be able to use your registered CPAPtalk name in chat 2) If you are not logged into CPAPtalk and enter chat - the system will automatically give you a name. The first person to enter...

Re: cpap.com -> Confusion

So Well, I agree that the wording and the images were confusing. I updated the product description under the "Encore Data Management and Reporting" to say: This machine only tracks and shows compliance data through the on machine display or through the Encore Software. The PRI System One machines lo...
