The company was sold to a French company and now they produce Dreamstar series. I previously used the goodknight bilevel I now use the dreamstar bipap & it is the same as the goodknight series. I don't think they are sold in the US, but you can check.

There are many DME in the UAE the phonebooks are always in Arabic & English as are the online ones. There are many listed there. I have bought any supplies I needed without any problems &without any language barrier every supplier here is English speaking.

Why wait until you go home there are sleep labs in Dubai you can go to. Many different cpap machines are available here, just look in the phone book for medical equiptment suppliers ,but most require a prescription in order to purchase equiptment.

Hi Kathy. It has been awhile. I hope everything is well with you. I visit the foroum everyday but I don't post much. I found the dealer for that bipap so I will call them tommorrow.

Thanks Pugsy I also checked all of those places before posting here. This brand of bipap st was introduced in 2010, as what I have read. It has a data card & pretty good software. I haven't used it yet, but when I do I will let you know my impressions of this bipap.

My bipap pressures are ipap23 & epap 14 & I have no problems using my swift LT but I also use a fix similar to the panty hose fix to stabilize them.

My bipap pressure is 21/13 I use the s Swift LT nasal pillows. I have made 2 tweaks to it & I have very few leaks, The first tweak I put a small rubber band around the pillows so they are closer together & secondly I use a strap (like the panty hose fix) to hold them in place. I rarely have any leak...

My bipap pressure is 23, I use nasal pillows & keep my tongue at the roof of my mouth without significant leaks.
