Actually - Esther - I was trying to figure out exactly the same thing.
Thanks for the IT help, Lori!

Are you using the box at the top right that says "Quote" because that not only puts in the quote, but the user's name. Don't feel so bad. Up until just recently, I used to highlight the quote and use the old copy/paste in a reply box. It never said the poster's name, but I would fill it in with "So...

Same here - I am still pretty new to the thing and don't like to be hooked up in front of the family. Which raises a question - those of you with kids: how do you explain the rig without scaring them? My boys are both teenagers so I just don't make a big deal about it and just answer their questions...

I was able to stop using the breathe right strips soon after starting CPAP. For me, the pressure does a much better job than the strips. As for nose bleeds from these steroid sprays, I had the same problem and my ENT kept switching products until finding one that works. Different kinds must work bet...

I am a long-time sufferer of sinusitis and sinus infections. It has taken years to find the right treatment (and a few surgeries, which worked somewhat), but here is what works for me (and has allowed me to throw away the Afrin): NasacortAO + Astelin (a spray anti-histamine) + daily saline rinse (I ...

I have only been a member for a few days (a lurker for a few weeks), but it is easy to see what a caring group of people makes up this board. CPAP is a BIG life change - it works - but it also sets you apart from all of the other sleepers. The looks at the airport security are enough to drive one ba...

Heated Humidifier Working?
I waited 6 weeks for the heated humidifier that fits on my ResMed Escape 8 (it does look nice). I have used the humidifier two nights and I am not sure that the water is being heated. The water level does decrease significantly. BUT, how warm should the water be? My idiot DMS failed to provide a RT ...
