Re: FDA Oversight of CPAP

Howdy, The FDA has the impossible task of ensuring absolute safety without exerting absolute control. There is simply too much complexity and information in our world for any one of us to understand it all. At some point we've got to trust another who has look deeply into an area we have not. Instit...

Re: CPAP.COM HORRIBLE SERVICE

Howdy,

We received a really classy note from this thread's original poster today and all is well.

I think it is important to remember that if your significant other needed therapy and you felt they weren't getting it, you'd be pretty worked up too!

Re: CPAP.COM HORRIBLE SERVICE

Howdy HusbandHasApnea, We told you incorrect information regarding your husband's Rx, this was our fault and we've made it right. Here is the operational timeline: 1. While placing the order a CPAP.com CSR told you the Rx was valid. 2. On re-review, it was found invalid per our standards. 3. This wa...

Circadiance Crowdfund To Produce Infant Focused CPAP Masks

Howdy All, There are no CPAP masks on the market specifically designed for infants. Due to regulations and market size, the bigger companies have not stepped up to provide one. Nurses and doctors taking care of these children have been forced to use off label or improved solutions. These can leave s...

Re: Buyer Beware BBB Rates Cpap.com with an F

Howdy Cuda, What a classy reply after waiting so long. Thank you. My offer stands. We would like your pillow back as it is physical evidence we can take to the manufacturer to say: 1. This is a problem. 2. Here is an example of negative impact. 3. Please fix this and/or tell us when it changes so we...

Re: Buyer Beware BBB Rates Cpap.com with an F

Howdy All, Cuda: I've reviewed your order. You are right and we are wrong. We will be emailing you a free return label and processing a full refund on receipt. We hope to earn your future business but understand if that does not occur. We will make you whole on this either way. Here's background on ...

Re: Tapatalk Support On CPAPtalk

We have upgraded TapATalk. Per Sam:

"I think that newer versions of tapatalk have resolved this.

I sent you a PM through tapatalk, and I can see it in my "outbox".

This can probably be closed." -Sam

Please let me know if this fixes the issues you experienced.

Re: Is this website slow?

Howdy,

We've made adjustments to our server which allow each request to be allocated additional processing power.

The net effect should be faster load times.

Re: Is this website slow?

Howdy, We currently host CPAPtalk on a dedicated server run by Rackspace. I believe it is out of their Dallas data center. CloudFlare is going to deliver from which ever CDN end point they deem most efficient at the time. That could be Costa Rica. I suspect this is a bug or issue with the firefox pl...

Re: Is this website slow?

Howdy, There's our server, which runs cpaptalk software and a database. And then there's CloudFlare, a security layer and a content distribution network (CDN). It looks like this: Your Request for a CPAPtalk page> CloudFlare > CPAPtalk Server You talk to CloudFlare through your nearest internet serv...

Re: Is this website slow?

Howdy,

We pushed additional database tuning an hour ago.

The feedback from the last push was "not there yet".

Please give it a few hours use and let me know. Also, thank you for helping test this!
