sleepings pills .... Careful !!
Started Bipap in November of 2000.....18/14 Way too much for me to handle........ Doctor prescribed Ambien to assist. Ahhhh this was great ...at first. High Pressure Masks ?
Well ...........after 6 years of BiPap treatment (still using the same machine issued to me back in November of 2000) The Activa works best for me pressure setting of 16/11. I wash it every night with warm water & Ivory soap..... I also put cotton in my ears ... to drown out any noise or leaking sou...

I use Ivory bar soap.......after I wake up, I wash my hands with the Ivory then lather up again , then gently work my fingers around the cushion , then rinse with warm water, set the mask on my dresser (to dry).........no problem....by bedtime it's dry and ready to roll ! entire process takes about ...
