I had mine in August and frankly it sucked the first day or two. I was in a lot pain when they put the packing IN and no you can't breathe through that at all. It hurt bad until I pulled the packing out the next morning. Once that was out it felt much better. Although I had to take 2 codeines an hou...

And if you don't mind replying, Lilsheba, how did successful sleep therapy impact on a) your work and b) your home life/recreational life? I'm managing so much better at work I don't believe it, I am energetic and alert. At home I have not improved so much, and also at work I think I have to work h...

Slightly off topic..... I'm just grateful that I have the energy to do what I need to do at work now. I recently changed jobs. I work in a phone company, and was doing repair. Kinda stressful but not bad. Then I decided it would be a good idea to go into the install side of the house and the LNP des...

That thread is two years old.....these are pure essential oils and they are perfectly safe. The drops don't go into the mask anywhere, or in the humidifier, they sit on a diffuser pad by the intake valve and that's it. The oils never touch anything on the machine/hose/mask. As for whether they are s...

I get up 15 mins early every day to wash the mask so yeah it's clean and I"m obsessive about my face being clean too. So that's not the issue. I think my face just isn't shaped right for these things

Sleeping Beauty...I wish you luck and hope the fire doesn't get you! And yeah living with that smoke can be awful. I was in the Bay Area during the Oakland/Berkely hills fire in 1990 I think it was? the heat from that is oppressive.

I have snored all my life, but only got OSA in the last 4 years.. ........ You may have only been diagnosed in the last four years, but odds are you had it for years before you were diagnosed. It seems that is the case with the great majority of the members here, myself included. Same here. I was d...
