Re: OPUS 360 pillows vs. Swift LT pillows

The OPUS pillow would usually come off the frame sometime during the night and that doesn't happen with the Swift LT. I switch between the small and medium size pillows. My DME gives me all the pillows that co...

Moby, I think I know that feeling. I am going through something similar. For years now, with OSA, I have structured my life doing everything that had to be done (work, parenting) and then once having fulfilled those "have-tos" letting everything else slide. Having done it for so long, I find that I ...

I had that great feeling after my sleep study - it is your body getting the first decent sleep it has had in a long time usually. Now I just notice how crappy I feel if I don't ...

Hi, I use the swift and many times wake up with my face mashed into my pillow on my stomach. I worry that the exhaust may get blocked when I am in this position. So I was wondering if a body pillow might help keep me sleeping on my side. Has anyone tried this to keep from stomach sleeping? Any recom...

Re: Read at your own risk.
All you have to do is avoid eating out (especially fast food ... if you really want to be shocked -- read the book fast food nation) and not buy any prepared foods from the grocer ... buy and eat only fresh foods and learn to cook your own. Not quite true ... I've been recording every single thing ...

Hearing loss
I have heard this mentioned before as resulting from apnea but no real reason as to why. I found this article which is interesting: http://ajrccm.atsjournals.org/cgi/content/full/159/4/1351 This study concluded such hearing loss was not related to loud snoring. It is amazing how much is not yet know...
