CPAP in Europe
Hi all! This summer I am going for 10 days trip to Europe (most likely London). I’ve been using Resperonics Rem Star Plus CPAP machine for more than 4 years and I am quite comfortable with it. Question: For this European trip do I need a different machine compatible with their electric system? Do I ...

Re: RemStar Pro C-FLEX + AIR PRESSURE
I have a RemStar Pro and have noticed that the air pressure sometimes surges. This happens when I stop breathing after a few seconds the machine will ramp up and the pressure increases. Also I know you get use to the the pressure but when I first cut the machine on it almost blows the mask off my f...

In my signature you can check all of the masks I have tried. Look specifically at the very bottom of the page, you’ll find some information about level of noise.

Re: Anyone carried out tests between Auto and fixed pressures?
All of us that are on APAP machines know that the technology does work... In fact, that is not the case. There are plenty of user reports here on CPAPtalk, going back over several years, from users who find that APAP is not a sustaintable technology for their OSA treatment, while CPAP is. Cheers, B...

Re: i highly reccomend padacheek comfort products
I have to thank Padacheek for their efforts to add comfort for all of us with our cpap products. They are manufacturing a custom well made product that as many of you already know is customized for specific mask designs. They are also willing to go to added lengths in providing the products we need...

Re: Adjusting to CPAP
I am sleeping with CPAP machine for more than 4 years now. Remember that CPAP equipment needs to be adjusted to it.
It took couple of months for me to get comfortable with CPAP mask and the rest of the settings. I am also periodically trying different masks, looking even for better comfort.
