I get paid 3 hour a week to go too the gym, pending workload that is! Still recovering from broke ankle so it is hard for me, even worse when it is cold..

We've been getting ice storms more and more. We see less and less snow. We get a shallow layer of cold air with warm moist air above it and when the rain comes thru the cold air you get freezing rain. I am a newbie in this forum and also using cpap. I've just had my first night with the device. Is it really hard to get used to it ? If so...for how long ? I was up to 4 miles a day walking, that was till I broke my ankle slipping in a water puddle, now I can't walk a mile, now even less with winter setting in! An ankle wrap Pad-a-Cheek sent me helps, but got a long ways to go till I return to normal!
