love my quattro
i love my quattro. i use a travel pillow (the one that fits around your neck) for plane travel.. the pillow kind (not inflatable or squishy. its a great alternative to the expnsive cpap pillow things try a new mask if you need to. i found one in 3 trys, my dad found his in 1 try. try something new.....

seems normal
occaionally i wake up and it seems like the machine is not blowing hard enough, or working properly. I then realized it was....i had just gotten used to the pressure. sounds
i am a huge fan of relaxation sounds .. particularly ocean surf, thunderstorms and tibetan singing bowls..... also sleep inducement which brings down your heart rate i s great. i use mine 4 nights out of 7... also use the sleep timer on my cd player

i just started to use the cetahil stuff, but maybe I won't anymore. I ahve been a strcit noxzema user forever... and then i was told it clogged pores and such. I find the neutragena acne wash way to drying.. i ahve normal skin, slightly oily when my period comes......which is when i get the one zit....

re pimples
i ahve gotten a few here and there more often. I do attrigbute it to the mask.. i find at certain times of the month as my skin changes I may need to wash the mask seel more then once a week. I laso loosened it, so it doesn't rub there....

Im not married yet.. or even close, but my current boyfriend has sleep apnea and cpaps..... we haven't gotten to the point where I feel comfortable enough to wear it in bed at night though.... i know its bad... but Im just not there yet.. and its only like once a month,,,,

As much as we all don't want to have wrinkles...... i believe wrinkles are something earned from laughing, smiling, crying, and living a full life. I hope my wrinkles (when Im older) show the great life I have had.

your not vain Jen... iim only 28. my mom has the most perfect skin, but i hope I don't get puffy cheeks from my mask. .. but id much rather sleep better.....

I really like the quattro too, but I also like the series 2 mirage face mask. I think the Quattro's head gear is a little less cumbersome and slightly more comofrtable. I already pulled out the teflon tape after 1 month of use. I would love to see #'s on the dial too, as mentioned before. It's a goo...

So I really do like the pur sleep. It seems kinda of related, but not to have the hard to breath thing going on. I didn't have a reaction last night, but I didnt use the Pur Sleep. I was so tired I just crashed to bed and forgot, but I also did not have ANY of those problems I ahve mentioned before. I will try again tonight and report back....

I had one crazy thing happen, which may be totally unrealated (as my allergies are killing me) But I had trouble breathing.
