After 4 nights.. All is well. The things I like about this interface .. 1) the hose is not attached to the headgear. This is a big plus since I tend to start out on my back .. but then I usually settle in on my side. 2) the headgear works well.. lightweight and very comfortable too! (I keep it snug ...

SleepynoMore... Thanks for the reply. I had read a couple threads earlier in the week and did see your posts about "wanting the LT to work out" but understand you had issues with the pillows and leaks and sore nose. I have been using the nasal pillow type interface for a year now and I remember in t...

I normally do not do reviews. But thought I'd give a quick review on my new Resmed Swift LT nose pillow system. Here it is for anyone interested. First off, I have been using cpap for 1 year and my air level is 10. I had been using a decapitated Twilight NP (thanks to rested gal ) I see it is now ca...

Need New NP mask...
Ok.. I have been using a decapitated Twilight NP (Aura?) for the past year and have good success. But last couple months it has become less effective. Maybe the nasal pillows are getting old and stretched out. So I decided ...It is time for a new mask.. 3 choices... Please chime in. 1) Buy another T...

Way to go Bonnie! The pantyhose straps are what "does the trick" ... The Twilight NP (de-capitated) setup is verrry comfortable. I actually look forward to going to sleep. I usually start out on my back and then end up on my side. It is amazing to get 6-7 hours of sleep! Last night my 6 year old cra...

I decap'd mine after the very first night.. As others have said... it is very lightweight and I don't mind wearing it at all. Even while watching Tv in bed before falling asleep. I usually use just one 'pantyhose' strap which is tied around at my forehead. Making the Twilight interface very non-evas...

The M Series Plus.. does not have capability to plug directly into a PC. Also it only has limited data reporting. The next model up... is the M Series Pro and includes a built-in 'Smartcard' and has full data: Date/time, hours of use, usage patterns, AHI, leak, snore, FOSQ VAC. You would then need t...

Oh... I am sure you will be fine. If you have any specific questions or concerns .. just ask away. I am just completing my first month on Cpap. I originally used a nasal mask which covered my nose... ( I also have facial hair) but I switched to nasal pillow mask and it made a big difference in comfo...
