On the pressure graph I see two traces one 1 cm higher than the other.
No big deal reay but I had to use my backup cpcp a S9 for a few days and
found a constant pressure may feal better to me than even that slight
releaf.

Dreamstation apap flex setting
I have gone into the clinical menu and it looks like they have 2 flex settings. I was able to
turn off flex in the first setting but can't do any thing in the second flex setting. When I go
into Sleepyhead it looks like it's still providing about 1cm epap relief can I turn that totally
off ?

Re: CDC:80,000 people died of flu last winter in US
I have already gotten mine. You remember about years ago when the swine flu was
going round well I got it and the funny thing is I didn't get deathly sick but coughed for
a long long time. I ended up losing about 25 lbs because of it but unfortunately the weight
all came back .

Ladies what does it mean when you wake up and a man is red in the face and
gasping for air. A: he must have sleep apnea too or B: you didn't
hold the pillow over his mouth long enough....

But that might hurt it and it doesn't have near as many blower hrs as that
Sunrise Horizon I retired with only 39,263 blower hrs !

Remstar system m power button
I have an old Remstar M with a bad power switch that I would like to try to repair but can't see how to open the case. Removing all the screws from the bottom doesn't open the case it just removes the humidifier half. I know this old clunker isn't worth fixing but still would like to open it and loo...

Re: DreamStation self check errors
I just contacted Resprodonix customer support and had an interesting little talk. At first the agent didn't know anything about this built in check then researched it a moment and then asked me if It showed the Failed notice with a big X . When I said yes she told me just let my DME return it. Funny...

Strange Dreamstation behavior
I just had a little 1 1/2 hr nap, During a 35 min. period my pressure ramped up from 16 to 17 on 3 occasions . Now the strange thing is during that time period there were absolutely no flags , no change in mask leak rate, no snores, no vs2 events, no apnias no hypotonia. Aside from tiny changes in r...

Re: DreamStation self check errors
It talks about this on page 5-29 section 5:11 at the end of the paragraph it
talks about decoding them in Encore anywhere, Encore Pro or Encore Basic
but I shure don't see how. But lets put this topic to bed and I will just call
the customer service number.

Re: DreamStation self check errors
No I just have Encore basic. Oh I could call the customer service # but
being a person that stutters some reading that serial # and then those
five 19 digit error codes over the phone won't be fun.

DreamStation self check errors
Dreamstations have 2 sets of error codes. The ones talked about in the manual are short ones like E-0 , E-3, E-4 and so forth. But the ones listed if you do the self check are totally different consisting of 19 digits and aren't listed in the manuals. I did see that you are supposed to be able to en...

Re: Mask leaks after sleeping an hour or longer
Oh I still sleep ok. And for the most part my Sleepyhead
report is ok but the ocasional night with a leak rate in the
12 to 21 % range has me worried.
