Re: Newbie here! Have a couple questions...
It's been a long time since I have checked into the board which generally means that my CPAP has settled in with me. I just saw this post though and wanted to throw in my two cents. I use the AirFit P10 for her and I absolutely love it. It is so light and comfortable that I almost forget I have it o...

fordjx4000,
You always have someone here to vent on and that alone is very valuable. Keep your chin up and I will pray with you. Things will work out.

Re: Ambien side effects??
I find that I do better on extended release Ambien or Generic Zolpidem 12.5 ER than on regular Ambien. I sleep better and deeper because of the gradual release of the medication I guess. A small dose like you take wouldn't even affect me so all people are different. As far a I know I have only had o...

Re: DevilBliss DV54 AutoAdjust CPAP -Help
Just a note to 49er and others on this board that try to be helpful. Most of us here are very grateful that there are people more knowledgeable than we are that can help us figure out these machines. I know in my case I had a sleep study which was sent to my Dr. and the Dr. knew less than I did beca...

Re: Got Your Flu Vaccine Yet?
Got mine at the Dr's office last week. I figure I have insurance right now that covers it so I jumped right in!
My reaction was that I got a little bit sleepy, or maybe I was just tired.

Re: New CPAP User need help/Suffocation issues???
Both of the above answers are good and may fix your problem but one other thing to consider is lowering your humidifier or maybe even trying it without it. If I use a humidifier on even a very low setting it sometimes gives me that drowning feeling. I used the humidifier for 2 years and for the last...

Re: tooth extraction and cpap
I just recently broke off one of my front teeth at the gum line, boy did I look purty, anyway that caused me to have to have the rest extracted and an implant started. I specifically mentioned my CPAP use to the Dr. twice and he said it as fine. I have had no issues from it and that happened 3 weeks...

I would say you would need to have the internet because the first thing you do is sign up with fitbit.com and set up an account.

Re: CAP Habit forming
That cat DNA comment made me snort! As to the original post, I feel that way too. When I lay down on the bed it doesn't take long for me to remember that I "need" my mask. I have often wondered if I lost more weight would I still need it and I think that now even if I didn't need it I would want it....

Re: Anyone else here tried the FitBit Flex?
There isn't a display of any kind on it that can be seen without it syncing with your computer. The cool part about it is that it is a bracelet and water resistant so I don't have to remove it except to charge it and that only happens about once a week.

Re: OT: Sharing our hobbies
Everyone that has posted has immense talent! I especially love the quilts Catnapper! My only claim to fame is being a recovering ChihuahuaHolic. For the last 15 years was I a Chihuahua collector. Then one day I adopted a Yorkie and it broke the spell! I now have 7 dogs and 5 cats and I believe I am ...
