One reason the prices seem low is that you'll be competing with another prospective buyer for the item. The price you see is what the current bid for the item is, not what the final selling price will be. You need to get familiar with the retail price of masks, etc., so that you can get a good deal.

Our hosts, cpap.com , price match any legitimate retail outlets' offers, I believe, and I've gotten such good service and so much good advice from them that I'm not at all tempted to try another place.

I'm not positive, but I believe that the people who use moleskin use it on the mask rather than the skin on the nose.
