after nearly 8 years I get a solid 6 hours. I believe if cpap is working right that we get better sleep than those with out it (many have mild apnea and unaware) especially if your events are 0.1

Im a bit like your self , got a host of conditions that will annoy me for life but not enough to kill me, just torture me and cpap is the bottom of the list but thats another story. Think of it like a broken heart. It can take months or even years but you will get over it. Your brain will finally accept CPAP therapy, took me nearly 1 year of mask throwing

took me 12 months just to stop taking my mask off during sleep. took nearly 2 years for me to be 100% compatible with CPAP. Now sleep like a baby..

How did you find out your throat was collapsing and its not your tongue? Wonder if the same principle could be applied for the throat, must be a nerve that controls the collapse so just need to tap into it

thanks den, i meant to say where in the electronic menu was the on/off for humidifier. Anyway its working now and had a reasonable night sleep but the leak alarm kept waking me up even though i use extra straps / panty hose for the quattro its still leaks a bit. strange because Im 6ft 4" and a head ...

anyone know where the on off select for humidifier is on the resmed s8 autoset spirit 11 (Australian name) not sure what USA calls it but its the latest model I believe

Z I thought about doing that when I first had problems with dry mouth. My humidifier wasn't working properly. do you know that your humidifier is working properly? Now I am fine in the summer but in the winter I had to add a humidifer to my room to supplement the one on my furnace and the one built...

Banned to you have both masks? is that how you came to your conclusion? its a bugger having to mail order with no refund . The template puts me in the large zone by quit a bit
