I hate to sound like a broken record: But cut out as much sugar and carbs as you can! The more sugar I eat; the more I HAVE to have. I mean, like a drug addict. I love it when due to allergies I need to take Benadryl !

It makes me delightfully sleepy. I can't take it unless I need to or it dries me out.

I don't get to take it that often because my allergy shots do a good job of controlling my sniffles.

When I first got my stuff, I washed everything a lot.

How exhausting. Now I go months in between cleanings.

I run my hose dry every morning.
It NEVER dried completely otherwise.

I figured drying the hose in my busy bathroom would introduce way more germs to the hose.

I'm glad at Food Services of America the WA State Patrol cut us a break by eventually letting us pass through where other trucks and cars were barricaded out.
