My clusters occurred when I rolled on my back. Try staying off your back and see if that helps. I wear a gizmo every night that makes it impossible for me to get on my back and the clusters have disappeared. Get a full face mask too.

If my snores have no effect on AHI readings is there any reason to give them any importance? The reason I ask....at a pressure of 9 my snores go up but my AHI is around 1. A couple of things....I have no aerophagia in the falcon position. It' s far superior for me than side sleeping when it comes to aerophagia. Secondly....A flex makes a big difference for me...C flex not so much.
