Thanks everyone for giving my daughter such good guidance and starting me on my way to dealing with sleep apnea. She found an apap machine and I have been on it almost 3 weeks. Things are looking up every day as I get use to it. You guys and gals are the GREATEST....thanks again.

It's my understanding there are two styles of large.....which is this? I am currently using a medium but measure for a large so I am interested. Thanks.

No titrating pressure as I didn't go through the sleep lab. My snoring got me kicked out of the master bedroom. I found a slightly used machine and now I am not snoring so I am back in the big bed.. I have tried to keep the lower pressure because of massive bloating the first couple of hours of sleep.

I have been at this for a little over two weeks and my numbers seem to have stabilized at the marks below. Is this as good as it gets? If not what's the next step to get the AHI down?Another mask? More experimenting with pressure? Settings....6-14 pressure on a resmed apap with a resmed mirage full ...

Thanks everyone for your contribution. I am most appreciative. So far I feel like total crap in the morning...even worse than before.... and have not been able to log more than 5.5 hours of sleep with the machine but I am optimistic if I stay with it...things will get much better.

These are the results on my fourth night of using a resmed autoset elite apap with an ultra mirage full mask. Leak-.08 L/s AHI- 7.3 AI- 1.9 HI- 5.4 Press- 11.0 I got this info off the machine. Is there a way of getting more info by taking the chip and using a computer with the right software? If so ...
