i really think you should try Teri's rec for the silk sleep cap. people with very very breakprone hair use them b/c the slippery surface slips against their hair instead of 'catching' the hair and breaking it. if it doesn't work you're out less than $10. you could also try taking 5 mg biotin per day...

thank you so much r_g. it's helpful beyond any thanks I can convey to you. i am a researcher by nature and already have my areas of expertise. i am happy to rely on others expertise in this arena, only becoming one as much as I need to to advocate for my dh.

smooch! to you.

for chronic fatigue and fibro I can strongly strongly recommend two things _Fatigued to Fantastic_ by Jacob Teitlebaum, MD and getting your 25(OH)D levels tested *asap* and treating this deficiency (that's a given) with appopriate daily amounts of D3 (cholecalciferol) not not not not D2 (as many md'...

<<That tech sounds like he needs to attend a remedial class in "bedside manner">> it's much more serious than that. bedside manner was fine. it was a casual, joking informal banter. the issue is that the tech has no place in issuing a diagnsosis or treatment. and in stating treatment option, offerin...
