I've tried them all... and I don't know why, because I've always come back to the Aura, Headrest, Twilight.

I don't care what they call it as long as they keep making it.

Tom, Sound like an adventure of a lifetime! I have couple "back-up machines in case my main machine should fail, but neither of them is an APAP. Since it is VERY unlikely that you will ever need the back-up machine I would suggest you buy one of the small base model units such as the Remstar M serie...

Sharon,

The only part that can be dis-assembled is the nasal seal ( the soft loop with the pillows) which can be removed by twisting (about 90 degrees counterclockwise) and pulling down.
