I don't know about you bearded one but I know exactly what my insurance paid it is on the advice I get when they pay. It is a lot. The only paperwork that I got from the DME was when I first rented the equipment. I don't recall the amounts; it broke out the cost for the mask and for the headgear se...

Unfortunately I got a new CPAP machine from Apria a few months ago. Luckily I haven't had any problems with them, I just call them to get new filters and a hose each month. It's going to be interesting to see what happens when I tell them that I want a new Swift nasal pillows system in a few months.

Insurance will usually pay for two new filters and a new hose every month. I have no idea why because two filters should last for several months, and a hose should be good for many months or even years. Insurance will usually pay for a new mask (but not head gear) every three months. Insurance will ...

ColoZZ; I am assuming that the 3' x 3' photo voltaic that you are speaking of is rated at 12 volts. You will need a regulator. http://www.sailgb.com/c/solar_panels/ http://www.etaengineering.com/regulators/pbr.shtml You will not be able to run a CPAP and a HH for 16 hours on a battery that weighs 25...

F&P makes the FlexiFit HC405 that has an exhaust diffuser which eliminates the exhaust air stream. The diffuser mounts in the exhaust port and looks like a small piece of F&P air filter material.

GoodKnight 420G is very noisy
I bought a GoodKnight 420G from cpap.com a few months ago as a travel machine. The unit is still featured on the cpap.com web site. On a weekend trip I found that it made a whistling noise. I returned the machine and was sent a new one. I found that the new one doesn't whistle, but it sounds like a ...

The sleep doctor's receptionist or nurse should be able to get you a copy of your CPAP prescription. I am not familiar with a title for CPAP machines. I have three CPAP machines, one is rented, one is 12 years old, and one I recently purchased from cpap.com -- I don't have a title for any of them. _...
