Pugsy's advice, and the writing of other members, has helped me a great deal. I hope those here continue to share information.

Re: APAP Pressure Range
I slept well and feel good this morning. I did notice that the apneas are more central than obstructive.

Re: APAP Pressure Range
Thanks Pugsy. The maximum now set at 14. AHI was 2.5. Increase in pressure does not seem to bother me.

My minimum pressure is now set at 9. The sleep study (many years ago) said 9.5. The data I listed is from last night, my best night in a long time.

APAP Pressure Range
I've finally figured out how to download ResScan data. My median pressure is 10.9, my 95% is 13.8 and my maximum is 13.9. What pressure range (high & low) would be appropriate for my APAP?

Product to prevent/heal sore nares from nasal pillows?
I recall reading about a product that prevents/heals sore nares caused by nasal pillows. Could someone provide the name of this product? I believe it begins with the letter (L).

Re: Protecting Forehead with Mirage Quattro FF
The forehead piece has 24 adjustable positions. Did you turn the dial to try to find a comfortable position?

SH software and SD card question
Should the SD card already be in the computer when I run SleepyHead or do I wait until SH software is up and running before inserting the card?

Laptop computer capable of installing ReScan software?
I am an old guy with an old laptop. My laptop is unable to install the ReScan software because it does not meet the software requirements. I don't know what those requirements entail. I think it is time to visit Best Buy for a new laptop to keep track of my progress. I'm hoping some of the computer ...

Re: AHI (Back sleeping vs. Side sleeping)
Does a big foam wedge help with back sleeping? I have been trying to sleep on my back to avoid the mask leaks I experience when I sleep on my side.
