Received mine through my sleep center. It was not in original packaging but I did receive two different sizes of both pillows and comfort seal.

Tried to do questionnaire 3 times. The screen would come up and then an error appeared that closed me down.

I had sleep study AHI index of 108. Did not think that many was possible but I have found out that number is common for untreated apnea. With APAP, my AHI index is now 2.2-3.3.

Has anyone had this problem with the nasal pillows of the CL2---The metal band running down the center of the nasal pillow (not the crosswise one) detaches keeps detaching at the top. My DME gave me a new one, which also has done that. It does go back in, but doesn't permanently stay.
