Med supplier gave me some items I don't need. They're unopened and brand new. Opus 360 Nasal Pillows Mask + Headgear + 1 small pillow and 1 large pillow. This includes original box and instructions. I also have 1 slightly used Medium pillow if you need it. Slightly used as in I tried it for 2 night...

Yikes, I was just having my first visit with my primary physician since I got sent off for my first sleep study. So, I got blood work done at the local health fair. Looks like it did change on hoses. Just looked at the web site. Did not see much else that changed. I heard at my last sleep support group meeting that CPAP machines would not be replaced unless they are broken. No more 5 year replacement schedule. Is this just a rumor or is this the new ploicy ? I take a 1 mg tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime (usually around 11:30 PM) and it seems to work just fine.

I think Phase Shift would be an appropriate term for this phenomenon. Ists almost like the machine shifts into a mode that is less intrusive. On the other hand, it could be that our bodies and in particular our respritory system is shifting into sync with the flow coming out of the machine.
