When I first started my treatment (August 2006), I found that I no longer changed positions. Lately I've noticed that I sometimes wake up on my back. We did decide that when we get a new bed, that we'll probably get a Tempurpedic. We "tested" one a few weeks ago and really liked it.

Ah.. so this explains why I get what I thought was acne on my scalp (above my ears, etc.)... it's where the straps of my CL2 sit. Hmmmm.... very interesting. So I wonder if those Clearasil acne pads will work to help "unclog" or whatever these things? Man, I just recently had one that was so painful...

Also... I found that I had the worst dry mouth when I was wearing the full face mask because my mouth drops open.

I use the Comfortlite 2 nasal interface and my mouth stays shut on its own (but I'm one of the lucky ones).
